5:43 pm - Be Heard Be Part of Research

Hi All,
My name is Rischa I’m a lesbian, doing research with our community.
I am passionate about research because professionals use studies like this one to make decisions about our health care.

I was hoping that you would want to get involved, especially by spreading the word on FB, Blogs, (real friends) Etc.

For this study, we are looking for women (trans-inclusive) 18 years of age or older, who self-identify as lesbian, bisexual, queer, or questioning (LBQ). The purpose of this study is to learn about gender presentation and substance use in LBQ women.

This study had been approved by the St. John’s University IRB. Thank you for your time.

7:49 pm - Irresistible tits

She wore this beautiful shear white blouse that pulled open a little
between the buttons showing off glimpses of her sexy lacey bra. I
couldn't help but notice and found myself peeking at every opportunity.
The fullness of her tits with that bounce as she took a step and those
lovely "headlights" pressed up against her blouse beckoned me to her. I
was kind of behind and to the side of her looking down at her generous
cleavage when she turned her head sharply and asked "Do you like what
you see?" in a whispered voice. I smiled embarrassed at my lack of
discretion but whispered back "Oh yes....I'd love a better view!" She
turned away and walked off towards the bathroom, her hips swaying and
those luscious titties bouncing as I followed close on her tail. She
turned as I closed the door to the handicap stall and said "Undress me."
No verbal response necessary I reached for her blouse and unbuttoned,
sitting on the toilet facing her standing before me. I was eye level
with her beautiful breasts, exposing her flesh as my mouth watered. I
got the the fourth button and pulled the top of that gauzy blouse
apart, her cleavage bulging forward as I leaned to give little butterfly
kisses over them. "More" was all she could say..."mmmmore" I
unbuttoned the last 3 and she dropped that blouse off her shoulders.
Her pretty titties framed in white lace turned me on as I licked and
kissed and sucked them getting her bra all wet. Ohhh my her hard
nipples looked so delicious thru that wet lace. I nibbled gently back
and forth, getting a little harder and rougher with them as those
nipples got rock hard. I reached around behind her and unsnapped her
bra...oh yesss She turned from me and slowly slid her straps down
teasing me as I needed to suck her flesh. Finally she moved the bra and
her hands and oh god yes-so beautiful and round and instantly my hands
and mouth are all over them. Her titties are instantly wet as I lick
and suck and kiss her soft, warm boobies. I slide my hand up her skirt
and rub that pantyhose covered pussy, damp and hot and gyrating
immediately. "Yes get me off ....oh please ...yesss suck my nipples oh
you feel so good." Needless to say my own pussy was soaked as I stroked
hers. And easily her beautiful, responsive body arched and shivered as
I sucked both her hard nipples at once and rubbed her horny pussy. She
moaned loudly (we both forgot we were in a office restroom) as I
finished her off with my fingers on her clit rubbing against those
soaking wet pantyhose. I licked up and down the valley between her
generous titties as she kinda pushed them at me rubbing them all over my
face as she slowed her hips. I looked up to see her smile her breathing
almost back to normal as she said "I want more later."

Drag superstar Lady Bunny hops in for Gay West 2009
Lady Bunny reigned supreme in New York nightclubs long before RuPaul donned her first fake eyelash.
The dame with the sky-high wig will venture out of Manhattan and into the Sonoran Desert on Saturday for the annual Gay West event at Old Tucson Studios.

Lady Bunny is best-known as the founder and hostess of Wigstock, a big ol’ drag festival that entertained thousands of New Yorkers every Labor Day for more than 20 years.

Gay West 2009 is a fundraiser for Wingspan, Tucson’s gay and lesbian community center. The dusty streets will also see performances by local drag royalty, including the luscious Lucinda Holliday.
In addition to dancing and stunt shows and such, three gay-rights pioneers will be honored with Humanitarian Awards: Neil Giuliano, former mayor of Tempe and current president of the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, and Ruthie Berman and Connie Kurtz , who were profiled in the HBO documentary “Ruthie and Connie: Every Room in the House.”

4:19 pm - Stereotypes are fun :)

I am a big butch bulldyke who works at Home Depot and is planning to buy a motorcycle. I couldn't be any more stereotypical if I tried. Tell me any lesbian stereotypes you think you fit into. Tell me some of the stereotypes you like and some you don't like.

10:51 am - Right to Marry - Arizona

The Right to Marry campaign is an ongoing youth-led initiative to achieve marriage equality in the United States. In the past two years, most of our effort focused on New York State. This summer we are excited to expand our mission to Arizona, the first state to defeat a constitutional anti-marriage amendment. It returns on the ballot this November as Senator John McCain makes his run for the office of the President. It’s a great time to engage with Arizonans on issues of fairness for all Americans!

The Journey Team will walk 96 symbolic miles throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area – 96 is the number of years Arizona has been a state without equal protection for its LGBT citizens. They will stop at city halls to share their stories.

The Dialogue Team will bring the conversation of civics, faith, and equality to three important local communities: senior active adult complexes, Latter Day Saints congregations and state legislator offices.

We are looking for participants of all ages, faiths (and non-faith), sexual orientations, gender identities, ethnicities, abilities, educational and class backgrounds.

Go to www.righttomarry.org to learn more, apply, get involved & support!

How out are you: partially-not to parents or grandparents. out everywhere else.
What is your relationship status: single, in relationship pursuit.
What do you value most in a friend: compassion, loyalty, understanding, support.

Hi, so I'm Kate. I've been watching this community for a while.  I'm a recent lesbian status =) I've been bi since I was 22 (and drunkenly sleeping with my friends since before that) and finally came to the realization that I haven't dated a man in 5 or 6 yrs and have always maintained a "gold star" status so I may as well call myself what I am.  I'm not active in the LGBT community and am thinking that I should be.  I'm looking to make some new friends, meet some new people, and check out some different scenes. and I think I'll check out the drag kings show cause they are sooooo hot.

11:51 am - send a little smile my way

this community needs a little pick-me-up.
what's going on?
what are your summer plans?
do you feel like people accept you in your area?

okay, it's cheesy. it's a start, right?

i don't have any plans other than work. we'll be training for the entire time.
but i would really love to see tegan and sara in october. i'm a little sad they're not coming to Arizona..but they have four dates in los angeles...what?

i really don't feel comfortable where i live. the constant stares. i'm pretty sure it's the way i dress/look. of course i could always just be really paranoid.

a friend of mine was telling me a story about a local bar (which i had heard was queer friendly).. two guys were showing affection and the owner spoke up and told them to stop or leave.
"people don't want to see that here"
i know, i know..it's a tired story. they all are..it's still upsetting.

do you think we'll see same-sex marriage accepted in every state within our lifetime?

current mood: awake

7:40 pm - Hello

I just wanted to introduce myself...

Name: Leah
Age: 27
Location: Phoenix area
How out are you: Partially-- out to my parents, sis, some realitives, and to my girlfriend (of course!)
What is your relatioship status: Hopelessly in love with my girlfriend of just over one blissful year :P
What do you value most in a friend: compassion, intellect, a down-to-earth personality, and the ability to have fun and not take oneself too seriously

I just wanted to say hi.  I pretty much feel like my girlfriend and I are the only lesbians in all of Arizona and it's pretty damn lonely.  We'd love to make some friends. We're both really friendly, but a bit shy.  We don't really do the bar scene because it intimidates us both a bit, although we're not necessarily opposed to it.

Although we're in our late twenties, we're realitively new to this all-- both of us only came to grips with our true sexuality about a year and a half ago and we've lived together in realitively social isolation since then.  Sounds fun, eh?

Aside from the bar scene, any suggestions on where other like-minded ladies might be found in the Phoenix area?   I know we're not the only ones out there.... I hope!

Thanks, ladies!

9:59 am - Advice, please?

My partner and I are currently living in Kansas City, Missouri.  I grew up here, my partner grew up in Florida.  We're looking to move somewhere west of here, but aren't really sure where to go.  We'd like to live in a place that is more progressive than the Midwest, politically and socially.  We are an interracial couple and we'd like to live somewhere that we can feel supported and accepted.  My partner is also transitioning (ftm) and so we'd like to live in a place that is supportive and accepting of transgender issues.  We don't make a lot of money (I'm in higher ed and my partner is a writer), so we need to live in a city where the cost of living isn't incredibly high.  We were originally planning to move to Oregon (Portland or Eugene) but the cost of living is so high there, it just isn't feasible.

Right now we're looking at Tucson or the Phoenix area.  I would be really grateful if you could give me some insider's information on the two areas, and which one you think might be a better fit for us.  The Phoenix area looks better to me in terms of job opportunities (they have a lot of colleges/universities) but Tucson seems to be a better fit for us otherwise.

Any suggestions or advice you can give would be really helpful.  Thanks!

9:54 am - URGENT: To protect domestic partner rights in Arizona.

For Arizona residents:

Please call our senator, Meg Burton Cahill and tell her what your thoughts are on Senate Bill 1499. Her number is 602 926 4124. Use your cell phone—not a work number. Call before noon time.

SB 1499 would revoke the rights of domestic partners to be listed and protected as "dependents."

Thanks for reading, and show your support.
